Prices are a month, per organisation. Each plan includes a number of devices and of hub traffic; extra devices are charged at the plan's rate on your next invoice. Enterprise prices cover what we agree, with nothing added for extra devices or traffic. VAT is added where it applies.
You can pay KES invoices with M-Pesa (Paybill or a payment request to your phone), and any invoice by bank transfer, cash or cheque. If a payment is late, you get reminders first; service pauses only after the grace period, and comes back as soon as the payment is confirmed.
